Level Up Your
Leadership!
The EsportsAble Academy’s Leadership Development Program can help you turn your passion for gaming into a real career. You will learn how to build and grow an esports club, recruit members, organise practice sessions, support your teammates, and create a fun, inclusive gaming community in your school.
You will also design and run your own esports event. You will plan the format, promote the event, manage match day, and help bring players and spectators together. Along the way, you will build skills in teamwork, communication, event management, broadcasting, and responsible gaming.
When you finish, you will have helped create something real at your school and receive a certificate from QUT to recognise your achievement as a student leader in the growing world of esports.
